A: We maintain strict quality control, but if you receive any defective merchandise, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence and return the items in their original, unworn condition (return shipping is covered by the buyer). Upon inspection, we will arrange a replacement based on current stock, issue a direct refund, or apply a credit balance toward your next wholesale order.
