we are special to do customize;if you want to customize your designs,please share your designs and tell me your requestment,we will help you achieve them.

What is your policy for defective items upon delivery?

We maintain strict quality control, but if you receive any defective merchandise, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence and return the items in their original, unworn condition (return shipping is covered by the buyer). Upon inspection, we will arrange a replacement based on current stock, issue a direct refund, or apply a credit balance toward your next wholesale order.
